Brenda was born to bring color to life. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design in 1984 with a BFA in Illustration, Brenda went right to work for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. From there she moved back to the east coast and started working for a freelance group called American Visual Arts where she was able to work across the country for many commercial companies. Just to name a few of the many companies which she has created products with are Lord and Taylor, Lenox, Enesco, Disney, and Russ Berrie. While raising a family she attended University of the Arts in Philadelphia to attain her masters degree in art education, which she her been using to educate the future generations of artists for 12 years.

She expresses the joy of life around her in her artwork. She exhibits her passion of art and her naturally vibrant personality into each stroke of her paintings. Her unique style of painting pays tribute to her favorite artist Van Gogh and Monet. Brenda uses a process first invented over 450 years ago using starch paste and pigments. The way the paints react to the method gives her work visual energy and movement. Her art work has already been on display at the Artworks Main Gallery in Trenton after winning an award in the Trenton Art all Night Show. Brenda is also a member of the Rehoboth Art League and The Arts of Yardley. Recently she has been showing in The Upstairs Gallery at Peddler's Village in PA.
